The Journal of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics is a peer—reviewed, international and archival journal providing a publication medium for the particular aspects of microengmeering, science, and technology that involve the descriptions and characterizations of microelectromechanical system (MEMS), MEMS design, modeling, fabrication processes, lab-on-a-chip, and biophotonic medical devices, microdevices, micro/nanoscale systems and materials. This Journal reflects work on real devices, processes and materials that arise from transitioning the scientific and engineering database. Its goal is to foster the advance of the state-of-the-art.
