Asian Journal of International Law (AJIL) is a refereed journal of international law focusing on international legal issues in general and Asian region in particular. Scholarly and original articles on the following subjects such as public international law, treaty relations and conventions, the functioning of the WTO and its bodies, application of various agreements under WTO, impact of them on developing and least developed countries, international humanitarian law, international law on resources – land, sea, air space, environment, application of international law in municipal legal systems, Asian cooperation, and private international law are invited for publication.
