Submissions should consist of new work which is not under review by another refereed journal. Papers may be submitted by electronic or regular mail directly to the Editor-In Chief. The submission should include a clear statement that the paper is submitted to the IJSMS. It also should include the e-mail and regular address of the corresponding author. Electronic submissions are preferred and they should be sent to jiang@wald.ucdavis.edu as a pdf file. Regular mail submissions require three copies of the manuscript and a cover letter. Authors will be sent an acknowledgment of receipt of the submission and A reference number. All correspondence with the Editor-in-Chief should mention the reference number of the paper. Tentatively accepted manuscripts whould be prepared in LaTex, using the Style in the following templates: LaTex template.

Authors of papers accepted for publication should submit the copyright form either my mail or by e-mail to: jiang@wald.ucdavis.edu
