General Instructions to Authors
1. Original manuscript should be submitted, online (pdf and MS word, 2003 format) and on a CD along with 3 copies, typewritten double-spaced on A4 size paper (210 x 297 mm) and on one side only.
Insert the figures and tables where they are indicated in the text (i.e. the body of the paper).
2. Manuscripts should not exceed 30 pages (including all tables and figures).
3. All articles must have an abstract that should not exceed 300 words.
4. Minimum three keywords and maximum ten keywords must be provided after the abstract.
5. Figures should be planned to fit the journal’s page size that is 12 by 18cm. Line drawings should be made with black India ink on a good grade of white drawing paper. (Xerox or mimeographed material should not be used.) All lettering should be professional in appearance (no freehand lettering). Black and white figures will incur no charge for publication.
6. Tables should appear in the manuscript as near as possible to the place where they are referred to in text. Tables should be numbered as Table.1.; Tables 1-4. (inside the body of the paper and in the caption).
7. Wherever possible, authors should arrange their materials in well-defined sections: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Theoretical Analysis, Experimental Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References, Nomenclatures and Acknowledgement, if any.
8. Spelling should be consistent throughout the paper and according to the Oxford Dictionary.
